Construction Leader
I am a highly experienced construction professional with over 27 years in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across New Zealand.Having led major national projects while based in the Bay of Plenty for the past 20 years, I bring a strong network of local subcontractors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. My expertise spans project leadership, construction planning (pre-construction & delivery), and team development, ensuring high-quality outcomes. I build high-performing teams, fostering collaborative environments, and driving projects to successful completion. My ability to integrate national-scale construction expertise with deep local connections offers companies the opportunity to lead and grow operations in the Bay of Plenty.
Why I’m the Right Fit for Your Business
I offer the perfect blend of national project expertise and strong local industry relationships.
With 27 years of experience in the construction industry, including the last 20 years in Tauranga, I offer value to two key types of businesses:1. Tauranga-based companies that have secured (or are seeking) larger projects but require additional national-level experience and expertise in delivering large-scale construction projects. These companies may have established local contacts, suppliers, and contractors, but would benefit from the strategic insight I can offer in managing larger projects.2. National companies that have secured projects in the Bay of Plenty or are looking to expand into the region. These companies often require assistance in establishing relationships with local contractors and navigating local supply networks.
My ability to build high-performing teams, navigate complex projects, and foster strong industry connections ensures that every project is delivered to the highest standards, on time and within budget. If you're looking for a proven leader who understands both national strategy and local execution, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
